My handset is not working or has poor range.
- Change battery.
- Recode handset (refer below).
- Check for obstruction or interference to frequency.
- If Stanley handset, check to ensure that dip switches match up with receiver.
- Check that the unit is engaged on automatic operation.
- Ensure that power is turned on.
How do I code the handset?
- Please refer to Installation Manual for instructions.
Door Operates but fails to fully open or reverses before closing.
- Check manual operation for correct balance, not binding. Adjust if necessary.
- Spray silicone lubricant into tracks. Do not grease.
- Check/adjust safety sensitivity setting.
- Check limits.
My motor appears to be running slow.
- Clean and lubricate tracks otherwise call serviceman.
How do I operate my door manually in the event of a power failure?
- To disengage
- Pull manual release lever (red handle) downwards
- To engage
- Pull manual release lever (red handle)
What does our Warranty cover?
Please refer to the warranty policy in your installation / user manual.

- Pull on red string, hanging from motor.
